I received my product with one piece missing

I bought this item a couple of weeks ago and found that the lid did not fit the sauté pan. The description lead me to believe that the lids fit all of them.

After 1st use it's looking like I am using very long time because of the stains. It's ok quality. I am not very impressed.

I used the 4.5 qt stock pot and after one use, you can see burn marks inside the pan after cleaning even though I cooked on medium heat. Not too thick base and after cleaning, it also leaves water marks if you let it air dry.

The very first time I used the pot, I was steaming vegetables in it. I guess I didn’t have quite enough water in it and it boiled dry for just a second. The vegetables were fine, but there was a spot of carbon the size of a silver dollar on the bottom. This has happened to me on occasion on my other stainless steel pots and usually after soaking them a bit, these spots come right off. But I had used the instructions that came with the pot to clean it, but it didn’t work the first time. After soaking it for two days and boiling one part water, one part stainless cleaner and one part vinegar and letting it soak much longer than the recommended half hour, the carbon spot came off. The frying pan cleaned up nicely using it the first time after frying Beyond Beef sausages.

These pots is not good I used them yesterday and they are burnt all over, not good material, how can I return them back? I trash the box into my recycle on Friday, can I return them in another box. Please take them from your inventory bad . Thanks

I like it. I'm happy with it. This was my first time using stainless steel and really like it.

The handles get hot. A very bad design. My cuisinart set which is also 100% stainless steel the pot/pan handles do not get hot when cooking on the stove

I bought this set in October, it arrived with black smudges on the outside surface on some pots, but I didn't mind. They get burnt and stained very easily even on low heat, the most surprising thing is that one of the pots developed a hole, I have never seen stainless steel pots developing holes, I wanted to add pictures but there is no field for that

Very nice set of stainless steel utensils. Perfect for a single/ small family.
