Having a double rod over a window can really add an extra designer look and versatility because of the different looks you can achieve not to mention to versatility in light blocking or filtering depending on which curtain you have hanging and which one is pulled back.

Support brackets are strong and solid. I love the dual rods, which enables the ability to layer curtains.
