Gentle Souls Women's Willow Flats

Ordered 8W. Box and a sticker on the sole state 8W. Stamped inside of shoe lists 8M. Nice shoe but whatever is going on is irritating since shoes are all about having a correct size

This is a beautiful and well made shoe. Normally I find this shoe brand to run pretty tru to size, and found this shoe to fit a bit small. I am a bit between 6 and 6.5 and should have ordered a 6.5 in this. Unfortunately I tossed the packaging because I thought these would fit as others I’ve purchased and sadly not the case,

The shoes tend to slip off the feet

This is my second pair of this style. The first pair I purchased, was in the braided leather. They were immediately comfortable. I had to have another pair and purchased the black suede flats.

I bought these last weekend and I thought they were the perfect style and color. They fit like a dream for my wide foot. However, wore them once last week and the back already ripped in the leather strip and there is slight discoloration on the suede. I didn’t even wear them on the subway or my commute but indoors and to get a cup of coffee. Very disappointed.

Shoes are very comfortable

This gorgeous suede shoe is so comfortable, easy to get on . Looks great ! I love them ! They do run a bit large . I exchanged size 10 for a 9 1/2 for a better fit ! I work in a hospital and am on my feet a lot ! I was able to wear these right out of the box with all day comfort ! The padding is thick and comfortable!

Wanted to really like these just not what expected. Unflattering on.
