I tried these on in size 9 (my usual shoe size) and they were too large. Size 8 is slightly snug, but the shoes are overall comfortable. The tread is nice. The shoes are a bit on the heavy side, but that seems expected for this style and material. Looking forward to trying them out in the upcoming rainy season.

Rainboots finally hit style. Rainboots that are for every season, warm for the winter and can still be worn in the Summer. True to size and feminine. Hunter Boots step aside, Chooka is the New Choice.
Love these boots. Wish they had half sizes. Had to go up to an 8 which leaves a little room on the toe. But they are made very well and have nice lug soles. Almost makes me look forward to the rain. :) Ordered a pair for my daughter and my sister.

These are the cutest, most comfortable rain boot I have ever tried on! Good cushioning, just roomy enough. It's taken me years to find a great rain boot, thanks Macy's!
Initially, I loved the fit and style of these boots for every day barn work. I quickly noticed a piercing pain in my right heel and discovered that there was dried glue under the insole. I promptly pulled both out, scraped the glue, and inserted new, tho let insoles. From that point on, I loved them until, after only a few weeks, the outer toe began to separate from the rest of the shoe. Since there is a neoprene liner, my foot wasn’t exposed completely, but I no longer had the extra layer of protection., Then, after a few more weeks, the same thing happened to the other. I am continuing to wear them, but will have to throw them away soon. I have only had them for a couple of months.
I purchased these in December, I really appreciated the tread on the bottom for the winter weather here in Michigan. By April, I noticed there is now slices or an opening at one of the seams on the top side of the boot. I can’t recommend this product.
I read a lot of reviews before purchasing shoes and this is the first time that I felt the need to write one. I wore these boots for the first time today and was in excruciating pain with every step I took which felt like a hole was being dug into both feet. After getting home and removing boots, I see that both of my feet are red at the bottom and they are puncture wounds on my feet from a LARGE GLOB of glue which I guess was to secure the insole to the shoe. I have NEVER seen this with a supposedly reputable shoe company. It is Clear that these boots were lazily put together and absolute no quality checks before shipping. I was going to purchase a pair for my daughter but now I hate that I wasted my money on this pair. Also, it was obvious that they were returned because the mailing package with the name and address of a lady in California was in the box. These boots look nice but are NOT WORTH THE PAIN!!!!
I love Chooka boots, however, I received the boots I ordered, size 9, in a box stickered with size 9, boots inside were size 7. I sent email to Chooka twice within 7 days of receipt with no reply. Very disappointed as I love Chooka boots. Their customer service is very poor, extremely disappointing!
