HARD! Definitely a (negative) change from older C3 versions. No change to my technique, etc. yet a recent visit to the dentist prompted them to ask what I was doing differently as my gums were beginning to recede. Very disappointed! I just replaced my Sonicare or I'd consider a change to Oral B. Maybe 3rd party brush heads will be better.
The original C3 Premium Plaque Control replacement heads were outstanding. They felt full, dense, and left my teeth feeling exceptionally clean after every brush. It was one of the main reasons I stayed loyal to the brand. Unfortunately, the newer C3 replacement heads don’t feel like the same product. The brush head seems smaller, the bristles feel less dense, and the overall cleaning experience isn’t nearly as thorough as it used to be thinking of switching now.

I do like the toothbrush however the brush head comes off while brushing my teeth. I have had multiple of these toothbrushes in the past and never experienced such situation just purchased this and my satisfaction is far from fully satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Phillips soniccare 2-in-1 plaque removal +whitening replacement brush soft heads are the perfect match for my gums. Not too soft in that my gums are healthier since using this brush head.
Just got this and it keeps falling off my toothbrush. It's like it won't click on and will fall off while I'm brushing my teeth. It's ridiculous. I haven't had this problem in the past with replacement heads, so I don't know if I just got a lemon or if they changed something with the design, but it's a bummer.

I got a birthday discount and treated myself to these brush heads and the real thing really is better. They seem sturdier and the bristles are of a higher quality. I feel that the clean with the Phillips brush heads is better than with the off market brands.
Bristles way to hard , no soft version. Do not use. This will cause thinning of enamel
Switched up heads and thought medium soft would be fine. The bristles are so tough I cut my gums. Unfortunately, I bought a big pack but will not be ordering again.
