Poor customer service
I received the jacket as a gift for my grandson and we noticed when he was trying it on that several teeth are missing on the zipper. I've sent several requests to have the jacket replaced but haven't heard anything back. I thought I was buying this from Macy's not some third party vendor that Macy's doesn't seem to manage their quality. I am very disappointed that Macy's would not have a better control system for what they sale under their name.
