Norelco Philips Shaving Head for Shaver Series 7000

Just installed my new replacement SH71 blades in my S7887 razor. These leave stubble and pull whiskers while shaving. I put my old blades back in and even at 18 months they shave much better. The actual cutting insert even looks to be a slightly smaller diameter. Not sure what's going on but these Phillips SH71 replacement blades are pretty bad !!!!!!!

Last set of replacement blades purchased June '25 aren't shaving as close as previous blades. Phillips say they should last 2 years, but this set only lasted 1

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had any problems with Norelco blades, but the rings that hold the blades had broken from being dropped in the shower I guess. The razor was fine, but I had to get rid of it because I could find the replacement parts I needed. I bought a new Norelco that I love even more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be honest there is nothing wrong with the replacement blades, but my wife and remember that at one time we actually got a replacement head with blades already installed. The individual blades are difficult to install and whenever you clean out the shaver ,they tend to pop out.
