So I ordered the moisturizer, and the anniversary heart shaped box with primer and makeup sponge . The moisturizer came gift wrapped as suggested. Did not get the anniversary promotional product. Call them they said they would send them . So I received what was supposed to be the promotional item and all that was in there was an empty Heart-Shaped Box . Third time I've had to call them . And it was a birthday present for my daughter for tomorrow which she will not receive. Very unhappy about ordering online

I received this product at a 50% discount. Received an email that there was a wait and I had the option to cancel the order. I decided to wait. Soon after I saw that the product was shipped. I was really excited to receive it, since it was my first time using this specific product. I am a long time Estee Lauder user so did not test it when I received it. Threw away the box. Tried it a few days later it smelled spoiled. I thought it must be my imagination - tried again - Should it smell disgusting? Really poor experience and annoyed that I paid to receive spoiled product... ughhh..

I would like to say thank you to top box circle and estee Lauder for gifting me a sample of this. I used it in the day or in the morning. And in the night, I used it after I washed my face, I would apply that, then I applied an eye cream and then I applied my moisturizer and it didn't make my skin feel good. I don't know if I've noticed a result yet. I've only been using it for about 6 days, but I do like it, but my favorite serum. From estee lauder is by far perfectionist. It makes my face feel silky smooth.
