Knife Aid Sharpening Service

I sent in four knives. A chefs knife, a bread knife, a Santoku, and a paring knife. All were well-sharpened but the chefs knife now has divots in the handle from a careless sharpener letting the wheel hit the handle. The forward part of the handle is now no longer smooth.

Excellent and fast. And quick also. Not to mention good.

Beautiful looking knives i love my block too, every knife slot has a sharpening stone to maintain sharpness by just putting the knife back into its slot. All an all a pretty great knife set

This was my third time using this service. It was great the last two times. It was fast and the knives came back very sharp. I was very disappointed this time. It took over 3 weeks and the knives were barely sharp. I can't cut tomatoes or green onions (These two I use for testing sharpness.) decently. I wonder if they really sharpened them.

Service totally worth the money, it took over a week to send and get the knives back but they are super sharp even better than the store original!

I just got my Zwilling knives, so I have not needed to take advantage of this service at this time. But I am planning on keeping my knives sharp as new. I coulcn’t be more pleased.

Reasonable price. Knives are sharp. Relatively easy process.

When I got them back, I was hoping for a factory-sharp blade, but that was not the case. I am most disappointed in my serrated knives. I will probably look for a local knife sharpener in the future.
