Only charges cellphone once to 100%, too heavy, didn’t know how to use solar panel, I tried but don’t recommend

Charging pad did not work
The biggest reason I bought this is for the charging pad. After ensuring it was fully charged, I tried 2 different iPhones with and without cases. 3 times the phones would charge for 2-4 seconds then turn off. Neither phone was fully charged.

Do Not Purchase this power bank charger
This is one of the worst products I have ever purchased from Macy's. I got this so-called solar charger to use when camping. It does not hold its charge, even when plugged in or left out in the sun for hours. The company does not stand behind its product. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND.
