Gifted this (along with a purse) to myself for my birthday. I never understood the hype with coach bag charms but decided why not, the purple snail is cute and whimsy. I don’t know why, but I assumed it would be like a heavy plastic or acrylic with the brass, but the purple is actually a stone making it very heavy but a good weight, in my opinion! The snail itself is really cute and looks great on my bag.

I’m giving one star not to the snail charm itself, but to Macy’s and their delivery service. Ten days have passed, and I still haven’t received the item or any shipping updates, even though the payment was taken immediately. They don’t respond to emails, and their customer support doesn’t work. This item is available on the official Coach website - order it from there instead.
