A unique, smoky rose scent with a beautiful dry down. It last a long time and projects just enough to get compliments but not overpower a room. I absolutely love it

I purchased a sampler of the rose fragrances. I purchased this one, but it does not smell like the sample. It has an odd note of something in it that is really is off-putting. I haven’t found one person who enjoys this scent. I’m very disappointed in this purchase.

I absolutely love Hell of a Rose by Lancôme. It is a gorgeous, sophisticated take on rose, elegant and feminine without smelling overly sweet or like a traditional floral perfume. I received many compliments.There is a beautiful depth and warmth to it that makes it feel modern, distinctive, and luxurious. It wears beautifully on my skin, and I especially love how the fragrance develops over time. It has presence without being overwhelming and leaves a lovely, memorable trail. If you enjoy rose fragrances but want something with a little more character and sophistication, Hell of a Rose is definitely worth trying.

The combination of rose, ambrett absolute and vetiver essence give the impression of the garden which has been burned to the ground but one red rose bush survived somehow. She is wounded and covered with ash but alive

My only concern is batch code on outer box is missing. I have several similar sets I purchased in the past. All of them have batch code on outer boxes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Discovery sets are the perfect way to try out new fragrances before investing in a large bottle. These are all very nice, but smell very similar. Hard time finding much of a difference. Very light. Powdery. Slightly citrus and/or floral. Not lasting. Not interesting.
