Best cappucino/coffee mug on the market

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These insulated mugs are the best cups on the market. They keep my coffee hot for longer and they are comfortable in the hand. Everyone I serve a coffee or cappuccino to says they love the mug!

POOR QUALITY

I bought two. 1.) water somehow got between the insulated spacing. It's bizarre as it never leaked but should be happen. 2. The other literally was lightly knocked about 4" on my counter and shattered. Quality if no good.
