Pretty sure this works! I’ve been taking them for several months now and I’m better than I was before in terms of menopause symptoms. I don’t think there is a fix-all for my non-menopause symptoms. Haha. Really though, these pills have calmed the hot flashes and have given me back a little of my sanity which I gladly take. I’m certain my husband appreciates them too since he doesn’t look at me like Im crazy anymore, at least not to my face. Just try them for a few months, you’ll be glad you did :)
