How can I write a review if I haven’t received the shoes!!!

The order was charged to my account but never arrived! Supposed to arrive by 5/8/26 but never did arrive! Poor service of Macys!

Shoe was very nice and comfortable. Will be perfect with my dress for daughter’s wedding.

There’s no way these shoes are even close to being a size 10. The size isn’t even marked on the shoe. It’s only marked on the box. I’m returning them. Definitely can’t use.

I bought the satin champagne color and the shoe fit very well however, the band holding the bow on one of the shoes was loose on one side and tight on the other. I returned them
