OLD TREND Crocus Carryall Tote Bag

For this bag, I feel they should have designed zipper better though I’ve opted to keep as it suits my needs. The zipper is slightly too long, at least on my bag, so it pops up a little when closed. It should sink in and be invisible. Overall, not a deal breaker, and I really like it. I wanted a casual bag with style and durability that was a good size but not huge for travel. This is my third purchase by this brand. The leather quality is on point for price—solid—quality appears good, and I like their designs. I haven’t used my bags enough yet to determine durability with frequent use, but so far I am satisfied.

I purchased the bag, and utilized accordingly. Within 4 months of “non-daily” use, one of the shoulder straps snapped off, the leather completely ripped and not from a seam. After reaching out to the company, I was informed there was nothing they could/would do, disappointing to say least. Under the circumstances, I would not recommend purchasing this item and would further recommend to tread carefully before considering any other purchases from this manufacturer. It is unfortunate, the bags are beautiful but definitely not worth the price point.

I love the look and feel of real leather that has been ecologically treated. The design of the handbag fits my needs. Once suggestion would be to use an even higher quality and smoother zipper, such as those used in Dooney and Bourke handbags.
