The application is smooth and the cooling applicator really does awaken my eyes while creating a tightening sensation.

I wanted to love this, but it didn't do much for me at all. It gave me tiny little Milia bumps under my eyes that went away when I stopped using it. My friend loves it though so maybe it's just me.
