River Broke off ... no reply from company
We bought this 2.6L pot last year. After 6 months of light use, the rivet that holds the handle on popped off and into our water. No problem I thought, it has a lifetime warranty. It took me many many tries to contact the manufacturer via email / online chat / etc. After finally hearing from them and sending details / pics, they have now ghosted me and are not replying at all. So the "lifetime warranty" is not being supported and this pot only lasted 6 months. It was a great pot when it was unbroken ... shame it did not last.
