I received this product complimentary in exchange for my honest review. This is a bit on the denser, lotion side and has a light to fair, skintone coloration. I feel the color of it gives a brightening appearance to my under eye areas. It does make my skin feel rather silky soft and hydrated. I haven't seen any permanent results as far as lightening goes, as I've only been using this for 2 weeks. Happily I haven't had any uncomfortable sensation, nor any irritation from this Vitamin C product.

This Universal C Eye Perfector purposes are wonderful and how easy it is to use is great as well! I especially love how little the amount needed is and how that stretches the bottle and makes it last longer! It being fragrance free is wonderful but I do not like and it is not good how many other unhealthy, toxic ingredients are in it, which makes it not safe to use. If it was made without any harmful ingredients, then it would be perfect and super helpful!

I got this for free so I could review it and this vitamin C eye cream feel so good on my eyes. I’ve had zero irritation and it really feels like it’s softening and moisturizing. My eyes vitamin C is such a great ingredient to put under your eyes or on your face it works really well with tightening and wrinkles and hydration. It comes out in a pump so it’s super easy to get on. I like that. It’s not in a jar so you don’t have to dig your dirty finger in there. You just give it a pump it’s one of those air pumps without the tube so it’s super easy to get the right amount. It is a tiny bit gritty but I think that’s just so it gets in your skin and slough off old skin cells while you’re applying it. It wears well under makeup and so far it’s been amazing.
