I tried similar hip thrust equipment at my gym and I’m so happy I can have one in my home. It’s not bulky. Easy to slip off the shoulder rest and slip under the bed. And it definitely fires up the glutes! Super happy with this product and purchase price.

As a former gym owner I am hoping I see results. It’s a little awkward so I am hoping it becomes less awkward to use.
My right SI joint shown up stark white on my bone scan, and because of this machine, my doctor was able to give me the okay for total replacement knowing I own the hip thruster and that I am ready to be able to walk and bend after surgery. So thank you for strengthening my muscles around my SI joints for better support after my surgery and making me comfortable to be able to do rehabilitation in my own home.
Unboxed and the set up is super easy. I love the three different heights for various uses and the foot rest slide for various uses. It’s a great home gym addition. I will report back in a month on progress of building stronger glutes! Pics of box/unboxed arrival
Still getting adjusted but seems to be able to get job done.
This product is very helpful in obtaining the right squat form. It allows me to do more sets. My best exercise is the hip thrust with the bands provided. It is really a work out. It helps with lots of forms like the Bulgarian squat. Loving this product.
