I was send a used bag for sure! For this price I would expect a better quality: bent in the front and threads flying out of the straps

This luggage set is absolutely beautiful!!! It’s also very functional. The wheels make walking with it effortlessly! The backpack is the perfect size and the tote is gorgeous! I love it!!!
