This wedge has eased my shoulder pain.
The wedge is easy to insert and helps my pillows stay in place. I bought it to help ease my shoulder pain and it has helped.

keeps things from falling behind bed. elevates head comfortably. the only downfall would be it sometime sliding side to side. not too often
