Just getting started
I’ve only had the Rumblex Max 4 for a few days, it definitely gives your legs a workout! I hope it’s as beneficial as the videos and reviews say it is.

Just Received My Lifepro Rumblex Max 4D Vibration Plate
Heavier than I expected. Very informative booklet for use Started with the basic 15 minute workout. My calves and thighs were immediately awakened.

another wonderful addition
I love my vibration plate, I cannot get enough of it, I'm on it every day for about 25 minutes, not all in one go. I've been teaching Pilates for over 30 years, I do Ariel yoga and swim, and cycle, my lmphatic system is compromised so hoping this helps!

Brilliant quality
Don't go for the cheaper versions. This does everything and with a lifetime warranty, no need to worry. Comes with bands and pulls. Ready to use out of the box. Brilliant product.

it's already broken after the first trial
It stops working and writes E03. I bought it new... so disappointed because it's still a lot of money for a broken device.
