Received as a Christmas gift. One of the charging prongs for the left earbud was stuck down in the charging case after about 3 months of use. I was able to pick at it with a small utensil and get it to work about 50% of the time, but after 8 months of ownership, it’s completely stuck down, unable to charge the earbud, rendering it worthless.
Bought them în february 2025 and they are working very good. Had the black version. Baterry still good, had some touble woth the chargher contact but i cleaned it with alcohol and now its fine. The only thing is when its windy i have to cover the device because the caller cant hear me well.
Never charged properly since i bought it. The case connectors and earbud connectors are terrible. Every time i want to use them, one of the buds are flat
I got these earbuds as a gift, and they worked okay for 4 months until the charging case pins wouldn't pop up to charge the earbuds. Then, eventually, after finagling with them the connector pieces would pop up. However, one of the charging connectors broke off the case and now it won't charge my left earbud. For the price, you'd think they would be better. Not even half a year into using them and they're broken and I can't use them.
I wanted to like JBL, but this was a disappointing first experience. I purchased the Soundgear Sense expecting a standard two-ear device. When one earpiece needed replacement, I was told the product is still being sold, but the individual left earpiece is “no longer available.” That leaves me with a half-working product and no real way to fix it. The only solution offered was a discount to buy an entirely new unit, which doesn’t sit right when the issue is a basic replacement part. At the end of the day, I support companies that stand behind their products, and this didn’t feel like that.
Bought these December 2025 for one of my husbands Christmas gift. It only lasted a month and half that’s it. One charges and the other one won’t charge.
Use it for the gym and for running. The extra little support attachment used to run with is brilliant and definitely helps when out and about. Really good sound quality considering it’s open ear, great battery and comfy to wear.
It was working great the first week or two. Then it stopped working two weeks later. This device only lasted a month. Conveniently after the return date.
I’m an owner of a reflect mini headphones the sound is a lot better including a solid quality. The sound gear sense don’t has the same quality of sound. I’m sorry but I’m not recomen it.
I think this item is perfect for me as I can’t use earphones that go straight into my ear as they are sensitive so this product with the over-ear feature is great and also I think they have very good sound quality and very good battery life and the way the over ear feature is designed is perfection in my opinion
