RMS Beauty Cashmere Matte Eyelights

This one is a little too pale even for my fair skin. Easy to apply.

As the title suggests, I had application problems w/ this one. As a Master Esti & MUA, to say I was frustrated & perplexed, is an understatement. The mattes dry down even faster than the shimmers. Anyways, when I applied tiny amount w/ finger, & went over the same area to spread, blending always resulted in product deficit in the centre. It just wouldn’t buff out, so I returned some & relegated the rest to back of drawer. Decided I’d play today. Same thing. I noticed the finger I used first had a set dry down layer. Tried again. Same thing, so while drying on back of hand I lightly pressed in the centre (where I applied first) with said finger. Yep, pulls product. Try 3: applied tiny amount & spread only a little, *immediately switched fingers to spread again, then used another finger to buff outer edges. Conclusion: don’t over play, work super fast, & switch fingers. *Rose Marie- deep-dive, tutorial video pls?

Beautiful color! It looks darker online. It’s a beautiful mauve color. Makes my green eyes pop! And truly lasts all day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have other colors and they apply and wear much better. For some reason Wildflower clumps and doesn’t apply evenly even with primer. I keep trying it with different applicators, eye creams etc prior to using to see if I can find something that works, but not much luck so far

This goes on so smooth and easy for a one shadow look.
