Very disappointing experience
I had a lot of hope for these frames. Ive been looking for some new frames for a while since Lenovo stopped working with Google Photos. When they came, I was so excited to set them up. The frame turned on and eventhough the initial screen resolution was not so great, I was still excited to get my pictures loaded. Well.... I tried through SD Card, I tried through my computer, I tried through Micro SD and I tried through regular USB. There was no way to load my pictures. All the frame did was sit and spin or tell me that no source of data was connected while there was a drive, computer or USB connected. It was incredibly disappointing. I spent 2 hours researching and going on the Impecca website and could not get the frame to load any data. My assumption is that the unit I received was defective, but it soured the experience and I absolutely hate wasting my time. Back they go!
