Love the smaller look!

The main compartment could be bigger if there were no sides compartments. You can only put flat things in the side compartments. All else is great!!

I purchased a michael Kors Laila satchel purse and it’s been some time. My purse is in very good condition and I take care of it very well. I am very happy with it. I noticed that some of the stitching was coming apart. I took it back to Macy and spoke to the manager Tom and he said he would help me with my issue. I talked to him in 2 days after that and he took care of my problem. Tom was very courteous with me and had excellent customer service. Please make sure he gets recognized for being so helpful with one of his many customers.

It’s my favourite, I have the small one too but wanted a the medium one also! It’s perfect for everyday use
