I've been wearing Bronze Goddess for many many years. I accidentally bought a different version a few years ago, it was terrible! Old lady smelling. Now I found myself looking for my favorite perfume tonight and all I found was the new bottles scents. Stop making night and other variations. The original was amazing! Still is if I could ever find it!!! Frustrating!

I wore this scent for a year approximately three years ago and decided to give it another go. This scent is not the same formula of years past - not even slightly. I was SO excited to open this scent and give it a go, to be immediately disappointed. The scent is immediate "White Diamonds" old lady stench - I know that is harsh, but it remains to be true. Not only did the scent give me an instant headache, I could not tolerate the smell of it on my body and had to shower it off. The price point on this perfume is reasonable, yet still a lot of money for a lot of consumers today. Did EL cheapen its formula? Nonetheless the item cannot be returned and I am stuck with a bottle of smelly perfume I will never, ever use. When consumers fall in love with your products, EL, it is for the product you formulated - don't go changing it.
I just purchased this and immediately returning back to the store. I'm so disappointed and frustrated. Why did you have to reformulate a scent that was so well liked?! NONE of your other Bronze Goddess scents smell anything like the Bronze Goddess Eau Fraiche/Skinscent Vaporisateur that I've had for years. Very irritating. An expensive perfume that smells cheap and smells cheaper the longer it stays on. Shame on you Estee Lauder!
I was very disappointed to find that this smells NOTHING like the bottle of Bronzed Goddess I had before this one. The old one was super sweet smelling and Vanilla forward while this one doesn't smell sweet at all. I'm so sad, I really liked the old smell :(
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lovely warm floral with a bit of coconut. Very heavy on the florals, which I love. I don’t generally go for freshies. Longer lasting than most summer perfumes. Reads summer to me, so I would wear it in late spring and summer in the northeast.
"I received this product for free from Estee Lauder for testing and review purposes." I am so grateful that I got to experiences and find my new signature sent. This immediately transported me back to trips with my husband to the islands and being able to walk on the beach surrounded by the most beautiful and unique scents with a soft, lingering coconut oil that had dried down from wearing it during the day. this is an overpowering or overly sweet. It has a deeper fragrance, which makes an ideal for wearing at night.
I stepped outside my comfort zone as Knowing is my ultimate favorite and decided based on what was formulated to create Goddess. It works and all my friends said it smelled awesome. I'll buy the Parfume next time as that's when you really smell the true essence of how your body chemistry reacts to the perfume you choose.
The scent of this perfume is very off putting. I wanted something spicy, but sadly the only thing this makes me think of is walking into a centurions funeral. However I do agree the scent is long lasting.
