BAGSMART Faro 29L Carry On Travel Backpack Set Bone White

This backpack is really poorly designed. The interior is surprisingly small, I'm honestly not sure who they had in mind when designing it. The shoulder straps are especially uncomfortable: they dig into your neck, there's no curvature to avoid contact, and the material is rough and scratchy, leaving red marks on my skin. There’s zero padding in the straps, which makes it even worse. The sternum strap is long: just hangs loosely with no loop or system to secure it, which seems like a basic oversight. The sternum strap, when tightened to a normal fit, pulls the shoulder straps up in a weird and uncomfortable way, that never happens with my Patagonia backpack. As for the interior organization? It's frustrating and impractical. Don't waste your time. The only redeeming feature is the color and exterior design, it looks great. But that’s not enough. I’ll be sticking with my Patagonia from now on.

I haven't used my backpack as yet. However, the quality seems great and it will hold enough for a wkend get away.
