I really love this dryer. Why? I trust the brand and its light and that was important. Many settings to get things just right. Styling attachments are very helpful. Actually surprised me, so Thank you.

I have had this hair dryer for less than 15 months and it never works and has been intermittent since the beginning. I've cleaned the filters and checked everything that all the videos and online guides say to do. And now it doesn't even turn on. It just buzzes and no lights come on anymore. When it did work it only stayed on for 30-90 seconds and then would shut off and not turn back on no matter how long I let it sit. I was told it was "overheating" but it would do this right after initially turning it on and on the lowest setting. I've called in to support and they can't help and won't offer any sort of replacement or refund. A hair dryer shouldnt fail in under 15 months. It hasn't really worked properly after the first 90 days. So disappointed in this product, the lack of support from the company and the price tag I paid for it. Makes me never want to buy another shark or ninja product again.

This hairdryer is great, it’s quiet even on the highest setting it’s small and easy to store in my bathroom draws it gives great results - my hair looks great every time I use it. The setting levels are all very different which gives a great range of blows.
