Columbia Women's Wildest Venture Long Jacket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt it important to do so on this coat. So many said that it was oversized and itchy and I couldn’t disagree more. I first ordered the large trading it as a winter coat because I layer under it and this was way too big so I sized down to my normal medium and it’s perfect even with a little room. I don’t feel that it’s itchy at all. Going to be the perfect jacket for early spring and come fall.

I probably should have purchased a small size as this is quite roomy but it works for inside wear or casual outside wear. I like the weight and content of the fabric and the fact that it is not going to be eaten by moths. I add a wide belt if I want to "dress it up". It was not as colorful as it appeared online but it is more than acceptable as is.

Nice green plaid. Just needs a hood. Like the longer length.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this. Got the green one. I am a size 6-8, 5’9” tall and needed an XS in this. It is very oversized. I like that it isn’t too heavy. It’s very comfortable.

Nice piece for fall and winter days that are not as chilly

[Employee of columbia] I bought this about a month ago as a lighter outer layer as we transition into fall weather. Everything about this coat is 5 star. Style, fabric and fit are all on point. I was able to throw this in the car for a day trip to the Coast and ended up tossing it on over a hoodie. Kept me warm when it got a little bit windy. It runs a tiny bit roomy and the size small (my usual size) gave me space to layer underneath without make it look too bulky. Definitely a closet staple.

This jacket is horrible itchy. You would think it was wool, One will need to wear a turtle neck under it to keep from scratching
