So cheap the fabric is awful

I bought a small size. I tried it after it was delivered without buttoning it up. It fit perfectly at the shoulders & chest. I decided to keep it. When I tried to wear it and closed the buttons the bottom portion of the coat doesn’t overlap (the area from the last button to the hem). That portion on the hem looks like a slit in the front. I took it back to Macys and they said it’s a third party product and I have to contact them.. it was almost 9pm. I called the next morning no answer and a few days later tried again and again. The phone number listed is not a working phone number. I emailed and they replied - they can’t take their defective coat, it’s over 30 days. Please don’t buy from this brand. Anyone who can’t stand behind their product should quietly close their doors and Macy’s should not let any third party with the wrong contact info sell their stuff.

Look is nice but fit is off for me. I’m 5’9 and 180 lbs. and pear shape. I bought a xl. It fit until my hip area. Too tight there. Will be returning. It’s a medium weight wool.

Awkward fit. Wide in the shoulders, long in the arms, and too tight in the waist. I like a fitted coat, but didn’t suit my figure. Fabric felt nice.

The boots are way too big and baggy on top. I need to return them.

I am 5’ 9” and 145lbs with a pear shape. I bought a size small. This coat is so flattering! I love that it is not bulky, goes in beautifully at the waist and the sleeves are long enough! I’ve gotten some nice compliments. It reminds me of something Kate Middleton would wear.

This coat is made well. Sizing too small especially if you want to wear it over a sweater.
