Not fair

You keep misleading people. When someone buys a perfume, you show that you’re sending a free one too. But when the perfume I paid for arrived, the free one showed that it was on the way, then later it showed that it was being returned to you. That’s not fair, and it’s not right to do that

Open package

When I open this gift that was delivered today, the bottle was out of the box and the box open. Looks like someone used it. Disappointed 😞
