The North Face Girls' 7-20 Reversible Perrito Jacket

The jacket zipper broke on the first wash. Not only did the zipper brake after only three weeks of use but so did one of the teeth on the zipper so it wasn't worth trying to have repaired. I spoke with a customer service agent, who was fantastic and I was able to return the jacket and I received a 20% coupon to re-purchase. I then re-purchased the exact same jacket only to receive it with a rip in the shoulder. My family and I have owned many Northface jackets throughout the years and have never had this issue so it's either this particular jacket or Northface is using cheaper material.

There seems to be a problem with the zipper because it has now come off four times and I keep having to try and push it back in.

The coat is nice, a bit on the lighter side. I like the adjustable waist strings, the length and that it's reversible.
