When my husband attempted to down load the device, it caused a virus on his laptop As a result, the laptop is now being service. I will be returning this device back to Macy's Store in Culver City, CA for a refund. Respectfully
I wanted this printer so bad but Bluetooth would not recognize it. I could not get no kind of connection
Really difficult to use. Needs to be used immediately after it’s charged or it will lose its power very quickly. Frustrating. Wish I hadn’t bought it. Macy’s, will you take it back?
