I bought a large and after trying it on I returned it. It didn’t do what I needed it to, I didn’t expect to look like the person on the package but I saw no difference when I put it on.
Unfortunately, could not unroll the item to fit my midsection!
It does not work. It didn't smooth or tighten my waist. I returned it the next day.
Comfort and smoothing

Pretty comfortable for this type of garment. I'm using for medical purposes. Better than others I've tried I appreciate that there isn't boning in the sides. On my others the boning on the sides bends out of shape very quickly and then doesn't help. This one is light weight it's a bit long if you're short waisted ,that's my only gripe
It doesn’t work and it’s like having no support
It was not that extra firm at all it didn’t give real support I was not impressed it did not cinch waist line.
Haven’t used it yet but excited about it. One less thing to pull up or down when in the ladies room.
I am a 8-10 in women's clothing across all brands. I ordered this shapewear in M and L. It was tough getting the M on and when I did have it on, the top band was hurting my rib cage, too tight! The L fit well, it smoothed out my muffin top. If you are trying to shave inches off your waist (miraculously make a belly disappear), look for another product. If you are trying to smooth out certain bulges, this does the job.
