Rating the Purchase/Return Process - Not TV Itself
My rating is based on the overall purchase and delivery experience rather than the tv itself because I received my package with a large hole along the front of the tv so I initiated a return. Overall the purchase and return process have been relatively painless but mostly tedious. This is shipped through a third party so delivery coordination is scheduled through them and returns also can only go through them so this required thorough reading throughout the purchase process to know how to troubleshoot. Response time could have been better but once folks got in touch both on the Macy's and shipper side, each made it easy to return. Something to consider if you're wanting an easier purchase process.

Absolutely Blown Away by the Picture and Design!

Internet connections
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV in November 2024. Today tried to switch internet providers. TV has worked great until I encountered this issue, however when I contacted Phony at TCL he immediately fixed things for me. Now all is working as it should. Thanks again Phony!

Excellent picture quality and sound
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing! The picture quality is just as good or better than our premiere brand TV. Sounds excellent by itself or as part of a sound system. Bracket mount is included, and installation was a breeze. I would highly recommend if you're in the market for a new TV.
