Instinct 3, 50mm Solar Rugged Outdoor GPS Smartwatch, Black/Charcoal

Took this on a 6 day backpack trip. The torch and the compass are awesome. The solar was strong enough that my battery level actually increased a couple days.

I like the product….but the steps are not working correctly. If I’m pushing a shopping cart in a store it won’t track my steps, but it will track steps if I’m sitting at desk and I move my arms. This is inaccuracy that is hard for me to wrap my mind around.

Bought this new Instinct to replace my old 5yr old Instinct. Battery seemed to die fairly quickly on my old unit. Primarily bought this new unit for time, date and tracking my bird dogs in the field during the field competition.

This product SUCKS!!! Just a week after the 12-month warranty expired, it starts to reboot during excises constantly. DO NOT BUY IT!

I love my new Instinct 3 - 50 mm, solar. I had the opportunity to run the hunt app...tracked me everywhere. I didn't turn it off when moving to another location in a vehicle, but the tracking never lost any of the track. I still have more to learn what I want to use most, this watch is so packed with capability. Love the 40day battery life.

True Garmin fashion... great features, stylish, and durable. With the excellent app!!!

Better GPS than previous versions. More sensors. Nice upgrade from the original. Just wish the charging connector could somehow be USB-C and the straps always irritate my skin if worn to long.

For an old person, this watch is very difficult to Figure out. Unfortunately, It is probably due to placing so many functions On one watch. To make them available Readily through buttons. Through three buttons primarily. This means That you have to become familiar with the functions which are vast. I think the idea of One size fits all Doesn't work. It would probably be better to design Speciality watches to fit different lifestyles. But of course Because everyone likes to have Everything at our fingertips. So I offer no solutions but only complaints and I'm sorry . I do like The ability to track my sleep, my exercise, And my heart rate. Thanks!

The solar charging and larger face are nice. Still getting used to it but miss my Vivio at times. Lots of features I still haven’t figured out but will get there someday. Watch face apps are OK but no color just black & white. Having continuity with Garmin Connect app is great though.

Could not be more happy with this watch. It does everything I need and them some. The battery is ridiculously good. Over 40 day battery life and was even able to get an extra day through the solar. Didn't think it would really work but it did.
