I have been waiting over two weeks now they said it is delivered, but it’s never been delivered. I want my money back.

I haven't shopped at Macy's in a couple of years but I recently had a need to buy some dress shoes as a situation came up and I found myself shopping for a good pair. I went to the men's shoe section and I must have been looking for about 15 minutes, looking at potential prospects, checking styles, walking around. Not one sales clerk that was in that section approached me to ask if I needed help. I even sat down in the shoe fitting area, but the one or two clerks were busy with customers, There was a gentleman working in the men's clothing section (Alfredo or Albert) who finally came over into the shoe section and asked if I needed assistance. I inquired about several shoes that I had picked, along with different sizes to get the right fit. I made about three or four choices, but found that some of the styles I chose they did not have in the size I wanted. To make the story short, I finally settled for the Clarks dress shoe, they felt comfortable and look stylish enough for me. i purchased them, had to reinstate my credit card, and I bought a pair of Perry Ellis socks which were surprisingly comfortable as well. The clerk was super helpful and patient with my requests, and I commend him for going out of whatever he was doing to come over into a different section to help a customer. Whatever happened to the enthusiastic sales clerks eager to help customers. You need those types of people back in your business.

Nice shoe to loose on my feet, returned

my only reason for the purchase was that someone gave me a gift card from macy and wanted to use it before it expired. i have been getting these cards from one of my family member and have accumalated quite a few of them i have had cards that i have credit on them and when i try and purchase the clerk have told me that there is no balance. really upsetting that i have to call and find out that someone has transfered my balance to another card i am guessing that this happens alot. i also find that the items that i purchase are alot more costly at macys then other merchants. but because i have a macys card i am commited to the purchase sorry that this review is not one that is uplifting but i am hoping that it may bring attention to issuse that may be addressed
