It’s def richer than the lightweight moisturizers I usually use, but it act like sinks in my skin really nicely and doesn’t leave me feeling super greasy. My skin feels super soft and plump after using it, especially in the morning. I’ve also been using it at night and waking up with my skin feeling really hydrated and smooth. It has the luxurious feel associated with Sulwhasoo.The texture is rich, silky cream that feels so comforting as soon as it is applied. It spreads easily, melts into the skin, and leaves behind a smooth, moisturized finish rather than a heavy or sticky residue. I have very sensitive dry and rosacea prone skin so my skin barrier is dehydrated and broken. This helped me repair my skin barrier in just a week. I put it on at night and I wake up with the most beautiful soft supple and glowing skin. I see myself constantly reaching for this versus my other moisturizers I used to use in the past. Thus I can confidently say I can already tell this is going to be my winter time go to! The cream itself has a luxurious and rich texture. It is thicker than the original formula but still melts into the skin beautifully without feeling greasy. As someone with combo skin who dries out easily in the winter, this is going to be perfect for those months where I still want anti aging products but minus all the dryness! After using this rich cream my skin feels ultra hydrated and looks more plump. Sulwhasoo has been around since 1966. The Concentrated Ginseng Renewing line is their top tier category. These products really deliver an impressive glow, suppleness and plumpness of the skin. I had great success with this cream, even for a brief time trial the glow was immediate. For someone who has mature dehydrated skin it offered a comforting cushion feel and great hydration, whereas the next morning I barely needed to use a day cream. I had the fortune of trying their Renewing Cream prior to trying this richer version of the Cream Rich formula. Those who are wondering the difference, when I tried the regular Renewing Cream I felt it was a better fit for more combination skin, although it is a cream form, it provides a much lighter serum-like texture when applied offering lighter hydration and sensory feel. All the products have a forest-like ginseng scent, although it does dissipate quickly. This is one of my favorite skincare lines. From the silky smooth consistency to the high-end, luxe packaging and the ginseng aroma that enraptured me from the first time I swiveled open the lid, this is an amazing product. At this point I have tried most of Sulwhasoo's Ginseng line and though it is pricey, it is absolutely worth it. It contains ginseng, peptides, and retinol, so perfect for smoothing, brightening, and anti-aging. The consistent is thick, but not too heavy, and melts into the skin easily upon application. I know some don't like the smell, but tor, it was earthy, without smelling like dirt. I did notice my skin felt smooth,hydrated, and looked plump after each use. It also layer well under makeup.
