I was charged and no bracelet was sent

I ordered this product almost 2 months ago I still haven’t received it. I have called and asked for a refund given that it keeps delaying my order and when I check to see when it will be delivered, it says it was already delivered. I spoke to customer service and was told that my money would be returned to me, however it has not been returned and nothing has changed and I still haven’t received the bracelet. They stole the money from me and I am extremely frustrated that Macys has done absolutely nothing to fix the situation.
