I wear a small (size 2-4) and ordered the medium so not to risk being too tight and they were tight without a lot of give at all. Threw them away!

not enough fabric
i know the whole point is as little possible fabric as possible… but the crotch area is not big enough! it was like side boob but down there! would be the best pair on the market if there was more coverage on the actual part where youre trying to cover..
