Comes off too quickly

I’ve bought this 2x and haven’t liked it either time. First time I sent it back then couldn’t remember why I disliked it so 10 months later decided to try again when it went on sale. Once it’s on, you can not touch your face or it’s wiped off. If I blow my nose, it’s gone. It never seems to settle onto my face. Tried foundation over it, setting powder, setting spray-no method I’ve tried works. For me it’s useless because I was looking for sun protection along with light color.

Heavy Cloud

Too heavy! The regular Cloud with spf goes on light and sinks in nicely, this tinted one has a heavy feel plus I have oily skin so not ideal for me
