Arrived Used
Ordered these & they arrived clearly used (creased, marked up, dirty). Someone likely wore them for a night then returned. Macy’s support team was unhelpful and only gave $15 off. I ordered *new* shoes and received worn in shoes…Terrible

Comfortable but with Cons - Shoes gets bump marks
Shoes are comfortable to wear for All Day long. The Look of it is not presentable after couple days of wear, As the shoes get bumped here and there when sitting on a chair, it leaves a permanent mark.
