Awful Product shipped
Shoes arrived used and scuffed. An obvious return from someone else. Macy's shipping department ships garbage without checking the product. This is not the first time it happens. Do not buy close out or special one day hot flash sale items. Macy is trying to get rid of their garbage. The box still had the return slip from another customer attached. Had to drive to their store to return. Online return takes forever to credit your account.

Nice looking, real leather
I wanted a real leather shoe instead of the plastic most shoes are made of. These are the right fit for me, but definitely need to break them in as they're a little stiff at first.

Not a great design for Clarks
The shoes were nice leather, but they were too "long and narrow". They looked really long on my son's feet and they were too narrow at the toes.
