Item did not match the description on Macy's ordering. The name of the cross on the packing slip was not the same on the order and the cross was not marked 14kt nor did it state 14 kt on the packing slip.

This Diamond Cross Pendant is simply beautiful, understated and elegant.
I loved this cross. It was smaller than the one I wanted.
I love the looks of this necklace. however, it is way too fragile. if they would make a bigger pendant and a thicker chain, I would definitely buy it!!! I returned the current one because it is just TOO fragile. Please consider making a bigger one!!!
The pendant is really pretty but the chain is so fine that it broke 1st time wearing it, taking it off.
I do absolutely love this necklace. It is delicate, it is simple and beautiful. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is because I wore it once to my daughter's wedding and it fell off that night. I read comments later about a faulty clasp. I waited a couple of years and decided to repurchase when it was on sale. I want to recognize one of the customer service reps with Macy's who helped me track down which necklace I purchased in 2020 so that I knew what to look for in the store. Great outcome.
The ad is very misleading because thee pendant size is actually very small, and the price is way to high.
