We use them several times per week during our workouts. I just wish the carrier handle was a little softer or cushioned because it's almost useless just by how it hurts the hand. With it being weights, it kind of digs into your hand. If that makes sense. They should rethink that. The stand to store them on is perfect size and saves space. Overall, the weights do their job, so it's fine. Love the colors!

I like that they are hexagonal so for those strength programs that have you pushing up then rowing these allow you to do that from the weight without rolling your wrist. They are not round so they don’t roll and the weight rack is perfect. Everything fits nicely compactly and in a small area on my desk.
