I have gone and bought this twice and am being told my order is cancelled? Why is it at all offered ? not happy

Terribly stiff, unlike other aerosoles. Thin foot pad, little cushioning. Uncomfortable and noisy since they don’t move with the feet

My sales person was absolutely fabulous. I know you can track on her name from the sales receipt. I came in and told her that I wanted to buy a pair of white flat sandals. We went through all the regular price merchandise with some sale merchandise, and I tried on a few pairs which didn’t fit or they were off-white. Then I went to the sale rack, and I found one shoe that of each other shoes that I purchased that day. And then I approached the same saleswoman and she helped me find different sizes because the original ones didn’t fit me . Then she got the partners for them. Everything fit perfectly and I purchase them, but she went above and beyond helping me to get shoes for an important event that was coming up. This is wonderful service that you have at Macy’s.

I did get for my sister she love it.

I ordered 10M and the upper band was too big for me, and I usually wear wide sizes. My foot slid forward and my toes were nearly off the foot bed.The material is stiff enough that I do not believe they will conform to my foot.
