Pavé Criss Cross Band Ring in Sterling Silver

Just received the ring and it’s smashed due to lack of package… wouldn’t go on no finger. Will be returning!!!

Bought this for my wife. Delivered a week later, and due to poor packaging, ring was damaged. Had to go th the store to return it and reorder it. Another week later, I received a new one and this was damaged even more. They just put the ring in a bag with nothing to protect it. Now i have to go back to macys to return it again. Will definitely it buy it again.

This ring is very cute. But after a few days, I noticed that bits and pieces of it is missing. Also, it arrived in a small ziploc inside of a padded envelope. I was expecting it to arrive in a presentable box, at least.
