Great Shoes, But Delivery Needs Improvement.
I am very satisfied with the shoes. They are comfortable, well made, and exactly what I expected. However, the delivery experience was disappointing. My order did not arrive on time, and I did not receive any updates about the shipping status. I had to call customer service twice to find out what was happening. Thanks to the assistance of the customer service team, I was finally able to pick up my shoes today. While I love the product, I hope the shipping and tracking experience can be improved.

Comfortable Work Shoe
Extremely comfortable, I have a wider foot and it fit perfectly. Not uncomfortable at all. Great for work and everyday. The patent leather is super shiney. Great quality shoe, just the right amount of chunkyness on the soles.

Slightly disappointed
I like the quality of the shoes, the upper and soles are great. The problem is I wear a 9 1/2 and these are slipping off of my heel. I’m not sure if I’ll return them or try to use some sort of slip guard.

Ordered to Store. Horrible Experience
I ordered this product online to pickup in store as it said it would be available in time for what I needed. That date has since passed and I receive conflicting info from online chat customer service and the store associate on whether they have the shoe yet or do not- my online tracking information has not updated since I purchased the shoe. I have requested to just cancel and get a refund but this is seemingly impossible. This is just crazy considering how big of a corporation Macy’s is. I will never be ordering online from them again and knew I was taking a risk when I chose to do so in the first place.
